WESTliving recently acquired a controlling ownership interest in The Bellettini, a senior community in Bellevue, WA.

Through its wholly owned management company, WESTliving Management, LLC, the company assumed full operational oversight Oct. 1. WESTLiving now has nine communities in its portfolio, including The Bellettini.

“Becoming both prominent owner and operator of The Bellettini furthers our objective of growth through continued development, acquisition and management of upscale independent, assisted living and memory care communities,” John Rimbach, president and CEO of WESTliving, said in a statement.

The Bellettini is a 145-unit independent and assisted living community just outside of Seattle. The community is tailored to seniors seeking resort style retirement living in an urban setting. Amenities include a restaurant, a bistro and wine bar, a fitness center, a full-service spa and salon as well as concierge and valet services.

“We are proud to have maintained a high occupancy, with over 171 residents choosing The Bellettini as their home,” said Kate Harrison, general manager of Bellettini.
