Bre Grubbs

In her 14 years with Seattle-based Leisure Care, Bre Grubbs has risen from sales representative to partner and senior vice president of new business.

Under her supervision, Leisure Care’s new development division has grown to include 10 new communities with an asset value of $325 million (including communities set to open this summer), including a 24-story luxury high-rise in Seattle. Since starting the new business division in 2012, Grubbs has overseen almost $600 million in asset acquisition and has advised on 15 ground-up developments nationally that are valued at more than $450 million.

She also is involved with Treehouse, an organization that provides academic and other support for the almost 9,000 children in foster care across the states. She has worked with Treehouse for a decade and has been a member of its board for the past three years. In addition, she contributes time to the March of Dimes and the Renton Schools Foundation.

Grubbs attended Washington State University for her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and marketing. She stays involved at her alma mater by being apart of a committee that has the goal of creating the first operations-focused, university-affiliated senior living institute and major.

Grubbs said that her greatest strength is balance, which she puts to the test often while juggling her career and being a mother to son Collin.
