Lakewood, CO-based Vivage Senior Living and Glendale, CA-based Beecan Health have merged to integrate care across a network of 42 skilled nursing facilities across Colorado, the companies announced Thursday.

Vivage operates and manages communities in the Centennial State and Wyoming. Beecan Health’s home office provides services to SNFs, assisted living communities and other sectors of the healthcare industry in California, Colorado and New Mexico.

“At Vivage, we believe that by combining the two companies, this can lead to breakthrough advances in delivering outstanding healthcare service solutions as we have been known for; Beecan Health shares this vision,” Vivage Senior Living CEO Jay Moskowitz said in a statement

The Visage-Beecan merger is meant to enhance specialty program development and increase access to a continuum of care that includes post-acute and long-term care, ventilator care, memory care and behavioral healthcare needs “in every corner of the state of Colorado,” the newly merged company said.

“With this merger, we look forward to strengthening our mission of enhancing the lives of our residents and staff throughout the state of Colorado through the combined expertise of the Vivage-Beecan team,” Beecan Health President Chaim Raskin said. “We look forward to taking the next steps to better serve our communities in more comprehensive ways than ever before.”
